Chaos at work

Okay here's something to get us talking (hopefully)
Randomly clicking on YouTube when we came across this little video which was titled: Is This Impossible?
Personally I think that chaos is at work here showing us that somehow with the absence of any order at all we get a beautiful demonstration of organised chaos.

With absolutely no traffic signals or signs, it appears that no cars or bikes crash into each other, and even the people mad enough to cross this intersection don't get hit!!!
